Toppings should never—never—take precedence over its crust. Made simply with hand crushed tomatoes, oregano and a stray clove of garlic or two. Note the absence of cheese, and don't let the name fool you – there isn't a single anchovy or prawn in sight.

The name doesn't actually refer to seafood but rather to the times when fishermen, after a night at sea, would stop off at the bakery and extremely hungry but in a hurry to get home, would ask for a pizza that was light and quick.
